Clarobotoo loves practicing, especially since the more he practices, the farther his flying car can go (look back to Song #6 of Lesson 2 for more info). Clarobotoo's practice room is acoustically engineered so that he can hear himself very clearly when he plays his clarinet. It's always important to listen carefully to yourself when you play! Clarobotoo only plays metal clarinets. To find out more about metal clarinets, you can visit Kyle Coughlin's website. Helpful Suggestions Sound: This piece includes the pitches C through A in the lower register. You can find the fingerings here. Rhythm: Your time signature is four-four time, which means that there are four beats in a measure and the quarter note is equal to one beat. Melody: Clarobotoo Practices at His Home Overlooking the Sea is composed of 3, four-measure phrases and 1, five measure phrase. Breathe deeply before the last phrase -- it is longer than the other ones.
